Leslie finishes the first 1/2 of Sporting Group judging requirements at the Cornwall & DKC Aug.31. On to the rest of Group One!

August 2019: Miss Briar (BISS G.S. Briar; Burnaby x Indigo) passes Junior Hunter at Montreal and OVGRC/Lanark for her title. Then a week later, she passes both WC & WCI for 2 more working titles!
Briar's sister Phoebe, with Louise F., also passes Junior 4 times as well as WC & WCI and is now Gorsebrook Solaia Zen Mindfull PCD RI WCI JH. Phoebe also has 2 CD legs. Super proud of these girls.
Not to be outdone, Briar & Phoebe's cousin Hamish (Steve O.) also passes Junior Hunter and WC and is now Gorsebrook Solaia Angus OG JH WC (Sailor x Olivia). Well done.

2016 has been a very busy but successful year for me:
Helped put Championship title on Olivia (with co-breeder Sharon) ~ finished Junior Hunter title on Indigo ~ put Working Certificate title on Olivia ~ put Working Certificate Intermediate title on Indigo ~ finished Grand Championship title on Indigo ~ put Junior Hunter title on Olivia
AND I successfully completed my 1st Permit Judging Assignment at Belleville & DKC in Oct. for 1/2 of Sporting Group

Summer 2016: Indigo wins Best of Breed, Best of Opposite and Select Bitch several times at Valley KC, TIKO Club and Cornwall DKC to finish her Grand Championship. We are so proud of this beautiful, smart & talented girl! Handled by Leslie

Oct.17 & 18'15 @ the Mill Creek Retriever Club Hunt Tests, Puslinch, ON, Indigo passes her Junior test both days for 2 JH legs! Finishing her JH now has to wait for next Spring, then on to WCI and maybe WCX & Senior Hunter. What a good girl Indi!

Early September @ Cornwall Kennel Club, Indigo goes WB 3x, WB/BW/BB 1 time for 5 points! Junior Puppy Burnaby (Gorsebrook Solaia Vancouver), co-owned with Steve Oliver, goes WD/BW/BPIB/BB 2x, WD/BPIB 1x for 5 points.

Currie starts out her show career with a bang! At the May 26 2013 Ottawa KC show, she takes WB/BW/BB/BPIB for her first 2 points! What a thrill! Judge was Ms E. Muthard from VA, who has had Labradors including Dickendall A-Ha and the litter that produced AMCh Dickendall Arnold.

Youngster Miss Currie (Gorsebrook BlackCurrant; w.Sept.22'12) goes to the March 2 OKC Sanction Match and has a ton of fun! You gotta love a happy, friendly, outgoing Labrador puppy who makes friends with everyone she meets :). She also snagged a RWB ribbon..

July 29-30'11, Violet places 2nd in Open Black class at the LRCO Specialty under Lisa Weiss (Lobuff) and 3rd Open Black at the LRCC National under Valerie Walters (Ranbourne). She also wins the Gun Dog class both days!

Boomer & Sharon complete his Companion Dog title at Valley KC trials July 18'11 in the brutal heat, finishing with a High in Class! So he is now Ch. Gorsebrook Solaia Full House CD JH WC...at 22 months of age. What a boy!
